1 kg of bottle gourd (grated), 50 grams fresh mawa, 2 tablespoons ghee, 150 grams of sugar, bread spoon of cardamom powder and 2-3 saffron flavors.
First, pour ghee in a pan and fry some gourd lightly and keep aside. Now add little water to the pan, then add sugar. When the sugars are completely dissolved, then add fried gourd to it.
When the water of Sugar is completely finished and the syrup starts to look thick, then add the dry fruit to it and mix it. Then pour the cardamom powder and run it well for 2-3 minutes. Add saffron from the top. Bottle gourd and kesar halwa is ready .
