Making Of Hot And Yummy Palak-Kabab..

material :
250 grams fresh spinach leaves, 2 potatoes large size, half cup peanut , half cup gram dal, green coriander, onion, green chillies (finely chopped), 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, 4 bread crumps, Chaat masala And salt according to taste.

Method :
First wash the spinach and cut it finely. Boil the potatoes and mash them. Now grind peanuts and gram pulses and grind them. Then add gram dal and groundnut in boiled potato .

Now mix finely chopped onions, green chillies, coriander and spinach with bread crumps. Mix all ingredients, make a cuttlets and fry them.Serve the delicious potato-spinach kebab with tomato sause and green chutney.
