Making Of Stuffed Idli..

Idli batter 1 cup, boiled potato 2 (100 grams), green peas 1/4 cup, green coriander 2 tablespoon (finely chopped), oil 2 table spoon, green chilli 1 (finely chopped), ginger 1/2 inch Piece (finely chopped), curry leaves 8-10, turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon, Coriander powder 1 teaspoon, salt 1 teaspoon or as per taste, mustard 1/2 teaspoon, red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon , Garam Masala 1/4 teaspoon, Amchoor Powder 1/3 teaspoon

Peel and boil the boiled potatoes Add 2 tbsp of oil to the pan and heated and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, finely chopped ginger, finely chopped green chillies and fry a little bit. Add coriander powder and turmeric powder in roasted spices and fry the spices. Add gram gram in roasted masala and fry until it becomes soft.

Once peas are soft, add potatoes and mix it. Now add amchoor powder, garam masala powder, red pepper powder and salt to all the ingredients. Take it out in a different cup and let it cool down. Put some green coriander in the stuffing and mix it.

Make such idli

Put 2 cups of water in hot water and keep it warm. Smooth the oil in the mold of idli and apply it. Add salt by the idli batter and mix it. (After adding salt, the batter does not mix too much, because doing so, the air bubbles made in Idli batter get out and idli sponges are not made.)

Take a little mixture of stuffing and prepare small balls, which you fill in Idli. Now put a little bit of Idli batter in the molds and keep stuffing on top of this batter and then press it lightly. Cover the stuffing by putting a batter with a spoon over the stuffing. Fill all the slices of idli stand in such a way. Arrange in Sanchi Idli stand.

Keep boiling idli stand when the water comes to boil. Cover the filling well and allow Idli to cook 10-12 minutes on medium flame. Check after this. Check Idli after 12 minutes. Idli is ready. Shut the gas

Remove the idli stand from the fire, separate grooves and let it cool down. Take Idli out of the mold with the help of a knife and take it out of the plate when the idli is cool. Hot Tasty Potato Masala Stuff Idli is ready. You can serve stuffed idli with green chili sauce, coconut chutney, peanut sauce or any of your favorite chutneys.
