While Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav played a big role in India’s dominance, it was Kohli leapfrogged everyone to win well-deserved the Man of the Match and Man of the Series awards. Kohli credited wife Anushka Sharma for his success as he spoke of role of people who contribute a lot off the cricket field. I think people who contribute off the field, people that are close to me, they deserve a lot of credit as well. My wife has been keeping motivated throughout. She deserves a lot of credit for this, She’s been criticised a lot in the past. But she’s one person who’s kept me going throughout the tour when the times have been tough and I am really grateful for that.
