IT meet in Hyderabad from Today…!!


Over 150 thought leaders and 2,500 delegates are likely to participate in the global event. After a successful Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) last November, Hyderabad is all set to host the World Congress on Information Technology (WCIT) from February 19 to 21.  will have more than 50 sessions and showcase unique technology from 33 nations, representing both business and government. The summit will bring together businesses, governments, regulatory authorities and academia on one platform. With the way digitisation is taking place.  Telangana government has led the arrangements along with Nasscom to host the event. Hyderabad as a host city has proved to the world its IT prowess with it seeing massive investments by IT majors and small and medium enterprises. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will make a technology-assisted inaugural address, followed by an opening panel address by Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, Nasscom chairman Raman Roy and WITSA secretary general Dr Jim Poisant Today Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao will take part in a Ministers’ Roundtable discussion.
