Pawan Kalyan Says “TDP Would Not Come To Power”

Addressing a public meeting here yesterday, Pawan said that Chandrababu Naidu was driven by greed alone. TDP leaders had amassed thousands of crores and Chandrababu was obsessed with the illegal acquisition of wealth. If money could help people gain power, then Ambani would have become PM, Pawan Kalyan commented.

The AP CM’s son and IT minister, Nara Lokesh had claimed that 14,000 km of roads had been laid. However, at an hour when there was no traffic, it took him 40 minutes to cover a distance 14 km from Jangareddygudem to IAS Jagannathapuram Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple. This itself revealed the pathetic condition of roads, Pawan Kalyan said.

The Jana Sena founder alleged that while poor farmers were being paid a compensation of Rs. 10-12 lakhs for land acquired by the government, the TDP leaders were being paid Rs. 40-50 lakhs per acre. He also accused TDP MLA representing Dendauluru, of encroaching upon 42 acres of forest land in Chintalapudi. Similarly, TDP leaders had forcibly occupied 400 acres in Buttayagudem, he observed. Pawan Kalyan demanded an inquiry into the entire matter.

pawan Kalyan flayed Chandrababu Naidu for traveling to the US spending crores of public money and ended up borrowing thousands of crores. “Who will repay these debts. Your son?”, Pawan asked the chief minister. he also demanded that bonds be given to Polavaram farmers as in the case of Amaravati farmers.

The Jana Sena founder also accused the TDP government of supplying rice unfit for human consumption under the rupee kilo rice scheme. Pawan Kalyan predicted that no matter how many crores the ruling TDP spent, the party would not come to power.
