Malai Paneer 

INGREDIENTS
Ghee – 2 tablespoons
Cumin – 1/2 teaspoon
Onions – 115 grams
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric – 1 teaspoon
Red chili – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh cream – 200 milliliters
Paneer – 350 grams
Coriander – for garnishing

PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tablespoons ghee in a pot, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin and stir well.
2. Then, add 115 grams onions and fry till translucent.
3. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.
4. Add 1 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.
5. Now, add 200 milliliters fresh cream and mix it again.
6. Cook for 5 – 7 minutes on medium heat.
7. Then, add 350 grams paneer and give it a nice stir.
8. Cook or another 5 – 7 minutes on medium heat.
9. Garnish with coriander.
10. Serve hot with roti or naan.
