Milk Dalia And Kabuli Gram Good For Sleep

Meals play an important role for a relaxing sleep. Experts say that good sleep can be taken by paying attention to food. Almonds, kiwi, walnuts, bananas, chickpea grams, milk, porridge and rice are foods that help in increasing sleep. Cheif in charge of ‘Ceslo Cafe’ Mrunmay Acharya, the founder and chief executive officer of ‘Sunday Mattress’, And main officer Alfons Reddy shared their views on food that is helpful for easy sleep.
Carbohydrates are found abundantly in porridge and rice and it gets digested very quickly, causing sleep to start growing. In the porridge, a hormone called melatonin is found to give body insomnia. Taking salad with a dinner is the release of ‘lactucarium’ which rests the body. Kabuli gram is surprisingly helpful in bringing sleeping.
In addition to being a good source of protein, vitamin B6 is found in abundance in adolescent gram which creates melatonin in the body.
